All our software packages can operate in WINDOWS (2000, XP, 2003 Server), UNIX, and MS-DOS. Hardware requirements depend on the package. All our packages can operate on small PC computers or big server computers. All packages are developed using Visual C++ (Windows) and Sculptor version 2.5b (UNIX). Miscellaneous utilities are developed using batch files, UNIX shell scripts, and C language. We are constantly on the look for the new software techniques that will enhance our competitiveness.
Tailor-made applications are developed using the tools that are provided by Visual C++, Sculptor and the operating system. These applications are developed and adjusted based on the client's needs. All kinds of applications are undertaken but the main concentration is on on-line real time.
The company offers in-house training to the client's staff, system operation notes and documentation. We offer training and support for a three months period at no cost to the client. During this period the client may request adjustments to the system were applicable. After the period has expired we offer our clients maintenance support at 15-30% of the purchase price.
